About Erika James

Erika James is a designer originally from Austin, Texas, with a degree in advertising from the University of Texas at Austin. She has always been drawn to the way visuals tell stories, finding inspiration in everything from film and magazines to advertising and packaging. Before joining Strock Real Estate, she worked for a shoe company, where she helped coordinate photoshoots and guide photography direction.

Now based in Santa Cruz, California, Erika brings her passion for design, photography, and architecture to Strock Real Estate. She enjoys creating thoughtful marketing that captures each home’s character and connects people with the spaces—and lifestyles—that make the Central Coast special.
